I have never written a testimonial before today, but thought today's installation and performance was worthy of my praise. I purchased a Guardian Solar Hot Water Package 23 months ago and had it installed by a disreputable installer whose shotty installation caused numerous issues. After two separate repairs the wholesaler from whom my installer purchased the AET Solar Collector from graciously honored the warranty and sent All Solar Power to my home. I would recommend if possible to purchase your products from The Leveredge Company. They stand behind their products 100%! Not only was Richard Levigne’s installation done properly it was done in a manner which showed he cared how long it was going to remain a part of my home for life. There were two additional safety measures installed that the previous installer neglected to use to “increase his profit margin”. The previous installer was in and out in an hour whereas Richy took 2.5 hours to do it correctly. He took an additional 15 minutes to inform me the d,o’s and don’ts of proper maintenance which too was never discussed by the previous installer. If I can only get across one thing to the person reading this testimonial it would be this. Only a fool would choose anyone in the world over Mr. Lavigne. He is doing everything right when it comes to being a great example for the American small business owner. I could not have any more admiration or respect for the level of professionalism I experienced today. What a relief that there are still honorable contractors in today’s economy.
