I can't even begin to tell you how horrible this place is. I put a dress on layaway as some brides will do before making the actual purchase or even getting it fitted (no special orders, right off the rack). I decided not to go with Alessandra's and I'm so glad I didn't. I came to the store, not to ask for my deposit back from the layaway but to get a dress for my mother using that deposit-store still keeps my money, and I as a customer still uses your venue/recommends you to others. Oh no, not Alessandra's! They honor nothing, especially their customers. They refused to let me use the deposit toward my mothers dress or refund my deposit but kept calling me not once but twice to come back and get the dress fitted. I don't even want the dress! So you keep my money and expect for me to return to get the wedding dress! Wow! Stay away from this place. They are no good.
