Roto Rooter came and did my excavation to replace the sewer pipe in my backyard. It was an amazing process - HUGE hole!! But the men who came to do the work were very nice and extremely professional. They explained everything they had to do, and the things they MIGHT have to do to get the equipment to the work site in yard. They were very careful, and didn't take out any thing more in the landscaping than they absolutely had to.\r

I was also quite pleased when they discovered they would not have to tear up the end of the driveway like we had thought. And even better - and who would ever believe a company would do this - they LOWERED the cost from the estimate because they didn't have to do as much work!\r

Work is great, communication is great, pricing is great. I will always call Roto Rooter for my plumbing needs!
