Review content:
The only two reasons I choose All-Star Auto Glass was because they could come to me for the replacement and for the Prime discount of 20%. They refused to honor both of those commitments due to reasons that we discussed but they never said would nullify my discount nor their ability to work off site. Pretty frustrating to have to find time in a busy schedule to drive down there and then get hit with a bill that isn't what I was quoted. Makes me question the integrity of the company.
