WASTE of time. Reserved a mid-size. sadly, they were out! They down-graded me with no rate reduction! Then had the nerve to try and upsell me to full size. Can you say BAIT & SWITCH? So I cancelled. Went to Alamo, mid-size was comparable but they were out so they upgraded me for FREE! I wish I had read these reviews first. AVOID the headache/heartburn of the Payless bait & switch scam.
