I am only giving this place a 1 star because the delivery guy was nice. We placed an order with 3 seperate meats, when we got our order we noticed right away that the order was short one meat, So we called GH and they called Dickey's, and I was told the following:
They put our order togather correctly, they did not mess up and we are mistaken, They stated that they put 2 of the meats in one box, they will not be sending anyone back out to make a new delivery, but we can have a 15% if we want to order again.
Wow, thank goodness I ordered via GH, So Patrick took care of us gave me a credit for the missing meat. but I will not be ordering from this place again, but hay Dickey's, thanks for enough BBQ sause for 3 meats and only delivering 2 ... Customer service at its finest (sarcasm)
