We were so surprised to read the reviews of Mary-Ellen. Mary-Ellen was filling in for our regular vet (who we LOVE as our vets and staff are awesome tool). We were worried as our regular vets were not there but Mary-Ellen was awesome. She was just filling in and took a serious interest in our sick kitty and tried to find solutions for her even though our kitty was not her normal patient. We found Mary-Ellen perky, friendly, and very interested in our kitty's issues. We've been through a couple sick kitties in the last couple years so have visited many vets and we would highly recommend Mary-Ellen.
