I agree with most of the comments about service. But that is only on the floor. The bartenders have been great to me. I do have concerns with how the specials are only when football is on and now there is no such thing as asking for a tall drink. I like more soda than alcohol. I believe that specials should be made on weekends and Happy hours. Mimosas are not worth 6.50. On Saturday Feb 8, I recieved a pizza. I ate 1 piece and when I went to serve my 2nd piece I found a glob of hair. I am not talking about a piece, I am talking a lump of hair. I dont know if it was a gray haired person or rat hair. I have lived in Lake Forest and frequented Big shots thru the years but ""Chance"" you need to get this straight. Last time I quit coming it was because of how you treat customers and again you have started that all over again. Just remember customers do tell the story of how they and employees are treated. Bobby D's made the same mistake and a lot of people quit going there too. I am sad because I do like the food and company at Big Shots but we can always move the crowd to another venue.
