I have been taking both of my children there since they were born. They go to Dr. Beard who is absolutely amazing. She seems really concerned about my children and even has her nurse call to check up on my children a week after there appointment which I think is amazing. I ve recently decided to switch to a different pediatric location because of how rude the billing department was. Both of my children are covered under there dads insurance and I received a bill for over $1200 for my son just for his 2 wk apt. I explained that he is covered and I even had proof that he was. They told me since they cant get in touch with my insurance company that my son cant come back until I pay that bill. Now the mind boggling thing is my so is now 8 months and he has been going there since he was born and I have NEVER heard anything about this bill until I tried to set up an appointment for his shots and a follow up. This is crazy if I had the bill 8 months ago why would they just now tell me about it 8 months later. Its unfortunate that my kids will not be able to see Dr. Beard again cause she truly is an amazing Dr.
