We were in the same boat as Anna. When we first had our son attend the school/daycare. We thought it was really great. We loved the fact that several of the staff had been students there themselves. We felt that it provided a place we could feel safe and know he was well cared for. \r \r Then something changed, we are not sure if it was the “personal” problems or what, but care and communication went down hill. There was hardly ever a person at the front desk, the PC for check in/out was down more times than we could count. Other parents would leave the gate open or open it for people they did not know. When we would comment on such items, we would get a look as if all we where was complainers. It got to the point we just never said anything anymore. \r \r When we noticed that the class our son was in, could not hold a regular teacher, we pulled him. \r \r If you are spontaneous, a fly by your pants, a lack of structure this is the place for your child.
