I went to Eyedentity today and I am never, ever going back. The girl, and I mean girl, that helped me acted like she was annoyed with me. The longer I stayed and talked to her the angrier I got. First I told her I missed my eye exams because they were to send me an e-mail reminder that I asked them to send and she told me that the appointment is a standing appointment whether I get the e-mail or not. O.K. so now she was talking to me like I am stupid which I did not appreciate. What she should have said was, oh, I'm sorry let me check to see if we have the right e-mail for you. This is the second time they have had my e-mail incorrect and I was promised the last two times they would correct it. Moving on. Then she misunderstood me when I told her I did not want my eyes checked this week because I need to be able to see because I am doing Nutcracker this week. So she took my glasses and almost slammed them on the counter and told me well you need to take your glasses to a one hour optical because it will take 7 to 10 days to get them fixed here for you. I was like no, I'm talking about I don't want my eyes Dilated this week. Then she said well that only lasts for 2 hours. She was clearly annoyed and I could see it in her face and here it in her voice. I'm not stupid I am 50 years old and did not appreciate the disrespect. This is the Eyedentity off of Madison and Wells. The girl is brunette. Did not catch the name. It does not matter. I'm going somewhere where they want and appreciate my business. Customer service, was horribly horrible. She has dark hair and her glasses were dark framed glasses. So you know who not to talk to when you go in the joint. I recommend not going. I'm done with Eyedentity forever.
