I lived in this community 10 years ago and left as soon as I could. Kandy, the manager, and the Carlisle management group are horrible. They are evicting a poor mother and her three daughters because the mother is unable to pay a $1,000 water bill when a pipe burst after being half repaired several times by the maintenance dept. The young single mother is unable to get another apartment because Kandy has already set her up as a bad tenant. The mother is in a hotel now and will spend Christmas there with her children. Heartless Kandy and the management group refuse to give the mother the water bill even when a church group offered to pay it. I don't know if they are being racist or down right vindictive but it is a shame. Please think twice about staying here and becoming one of their victims.
