Businiess name:  Blakemore's Flowers

Review content:
I order flowers for Christmas, providing my own centerpiece and my own receptacle. Asst. stated flowers in $85 arrangement might not be in the next day which is Fri. I decided then to wait until the following day to retrieve them so that I can have the flowers that I love. Then an ice storm is forecast for Sat., and the Asst. states shop is only open one half day on Sat.--which is when the ice storm will hit. We then agree to a Monday pm pick up, but I explain that I'll expect fresh items due to cost.\r Then Mgr. calls and is primarily concerned that she'll lose $50 for a dozen roses unless she can deliver them to me right now..right this very minute...even asks me what I'm doing...I explain that's not convenient. (She assumes I have no other responsibilities) Says she'll deliver them the next day. I tell her that I'll be home all day on Sat. Then, nope, she won't do that --""wants me to work"" with her (Translation: She's behaving like a petulant child-- invasive, rude, and attempting to be controlling.) \r This once lovely shop has seriously deteriorated and a shadow of what it once was. I was puzzled that 12 days prior to Christmas Eve, I was the only customer in the shop. Now I am ""a sadder but wiser"" soul.
