I can't believe we are reviewing the same vet office. I started going there about 24 years ago because I had a bird and they were the only vet near that treated birds. I have continued going, seeing all the vets there, taking in birds, dogs and cats, and I have NEVER experienced anything like what these other two folks describe.\r

In particular, the staff behind the desk are some of THE most professional, helpful and knowledgeable vet staff I have met Because I participate in rescue, I have become familiar with many other vets in the area. Canton Center Animal Hospital is so much better than most any vet I have run into, When I do find a vet office that is on par with them, the facilities usually do not have the same range of expertise and equipment.\r

I have many, many times called and received helpful information from the tech/desk staff to decide whether one of my fosters or my own pets needed to come in for an issue. They have always been right on that information and I trust them when they tell me something. I would not say that about most folks. I am a analyst by trade and tend to question everything. I have no reason to doubt their knowledge and they are ALWAYS kind and helpful.\r

Either these folks are confusing this vet with Canton Animal Hospital, or I would tend to think their review is skewed. There is just no way that my vet / vet staff ever treated anyone as described. \r

Make up your own mind rather than listening to these reviews. I have not, in 24+ years regretted choosing them, except they are much further away from me than a dozen other vets. I choose to go the extra distance, even though I no longer have birds. It is so easy to destroy someone's reputation on the web......really is disturbing to see these comments,
