Review content:
Everything was pretty good. We didn't spend much time at the hotel, but when we were there it was cool, comfortable, and suitable for our requirements. Drawbacks: one lady at the front desk wasn't as nice as the other, and i really wanted to ask her to help us instead (being polite, i did not). Ice was not available on our floor and we were sent by staff to 4 different locations before we finally found a working machine. We asked for 2 additional pillows & did not get them until the next day when we asked again. Positives: fabulous view from the balcony! We could even see the fireworks at the Falls from our room. Easy to get to, convenient parking, very friendly hostess at the restaurant.
