Review content:
Definitely crappy Service – This office significantly overbooks. The waiting time could be hours. You could be left behind if someone is vocal enough to get ahead of you. It is a patient mill machine. They do not give you enough time and enough information. You are in and out. You leave and you do not know what you have, but you know you have another scheduled visit. Their diagnoses are lacking. They told me I have a pucker in the left eye, but I found out I have more serious pucker in the right eye. Why they did not share this information makes me wonder. I changed to Retina Specialist on Camp Lowell. I understand that the doctor at Retina specialist started Retina associate and left because he did not want to be part of putting financial reward ahead of patient health and needs.
