If you have an extra hour or two a month to debate the management team on issues like laws regarding mold abatement. Plus you are cool with having one staff member tell you one thing then another saying the contrary or perhaps you enjoy when you explain your frustrations having someone laugh in your face (although in her defense, she did tell me she is know for laughing at random). \r
This is the place for you. \r
If that's not for you don't move here and if you do live here, I am happy to share with you what it takes to force them to deal with things like mold (took me 3 weeks but I can tell you how to do it much faster now that I know the laws that I had to research and prove to them).\r
