I wanted to comment on a service request made earlier this week regarding the drainage issue at Apt. B. Terry, your on-call serviceman was a complete delight. Not only was he responsive and prompt, but thorough as well. You have a definite gem in that man and he should be commended on his work.\r
If ever there is an employee who should be recognized for his quality of work and is a shining example of what “customer service” is about…it is Terry from Wolfe and Associates. Thank you for a job well done with our properties.
