Run, run, run... If you are a prospective tenant, my advice would be to run, run, run. EMS does not care about their tenants. They only care about their property owners. My experience is they will try and take as much money from you as possible. After I moved in the monsoon rains hit. Three weeks later the weeds were unbelievable, four feet high in some places. When I complained to EMS, they said a pre-emergent was put down before I moved in and that it was my responsibility. I sent them pictures and told them if a pre-emergent was done the weeds would not be as bad as they are! Common sense right? EMS stuck to their guns until I threatened to pay for the work and them take them to court. Then it finally came out that the pre-emergent was never done!!! No kidding! Simply looking at the pictures or visiting the property would have made that quite clear. I never even got an apology! This is only the tip of the iceberg in dealing with this company. I'll repeat my advice - rent from a different company. You will regret it if you do rent from them.
