I recently built out a movie theater in my home, 16x27. I worked with Greg and Joe and Jaime at AHT through each step of the process. They made it very easy by providing detailed drawings and equipment specs that matched exactly what I wanted to achieve. Every step of the way was handled extraordinarily well by every person involved from AHT including taking down the existing set up that was upstairs and relocating it in to the new theater. All steps were planned, my questions were answered and the end product was exactly what was expected with zero surprises. The system totally blows me away every time I watch and listen to it. I have never seen or heard anything like this, awesome is just the start of my reaction. From beginning to end, each person involved from AHT, knew their stuff, was professional, timely and just a pleasure to work with. Time was spent to train me and show me how the system works and what the features are so I was able to use it and enjoy it right away. Because of all of these things, AHT now has a repeat customer. For me, it is all about trust and that foundation started on day one with AHT. From there, AHT consistently exceeded my expectations. I am thrilled with Atlanta Home Theater. I am psyched to now move on to other phases with them. The very best customer experience I have ever had just happened with AHT.. Thanks to all.
