Less than forthcoming about their rates. Quoted a $20 price for a procedure both day of scheduling and day of drop off. When the tech came out to let me know the vehicle would be ready soon, he informed me that it would be around $75. No explanations, no apology. 'Around' $75 ended up being $91. I was very clear when I dropped off my vehicle that I was concerned about the quote and got a confirmation of $20 before I agreed to hand over the keys. \r Dishonest. Misleading. Unapologetic. The vehicle was not in need of repair, it was there for a routine check.\r The mechanic also tried to tell me that my transmission fluid was dirty and needed a flush at a cost of $149 or so. We had just had our fluids changed 3 weeks prior (including transmission) so I knew then we were dealing with some shady characters. \r Sad to have had the experience and sorry we even gave them a shot.
