Dr Horowitz is awesome but his staff is terrible. I needed to come in and get a $10 shot. Dr horrowitz said ""come in anytime and get the shot. Takes 2 secs with no office visit"". I tried explaining this to the old crotchety woman behind the desk and kept demanding I have to pay for an office visit. After 10mins of arguing I stormed out. I figured I would call and talk to the dr. No dice. I got a nurse who hung up on me. It was like she was trying impress someone by acting tuff. I never cursed her, yelled, or talked ugly to her. I was trying to explain what I had been told. She then told me dr Horowitz has so many nurses because he sometimes makes mistakes like telling people things that are wrong and I had to have an office visit. It's hard to believe he knows what they are saying about him behind his back. After I asked to talk to him she hung up on me. Then again when I called back. I will not be back.
