Extremely poor customer no-service. Originally ordered blinds back in 2002 and they screwed up the order. Wrong type of blinds for the wrong rooms. Both sides made some reluctant concessions.\r Fast forward to 2013 and I called about some ladders (the parts that the individual blinds are supported on) that wore out and broke where they enter the head rail / top rail. I believe it's a manufacturing or design defect. Their first response is to say the manufacturer is no longer in business. I said they were in business because I was just at their web site. 'Oh' was their reply. Really! They went on to tell me that the 'soft' parts are NOT covered under the lifetime warranty and were not repairable. I would have thought for an organization that touts customer service would at least sent out their installer to see if the ladders could have been repaired enough to be usable or contact the manufacturer to see if they still had some supposed discontinued ladders in stock. Nope. In fact, they were pretty pissy about the whole process. \r \r So I decided to try and make the repairs myself. I cut 6"" of cord from the angle adjustment cords and tied in the 'new' cord where the old cord was. All works well and the repair knots are covered by the wooden panels.\r \r If only they would have taken a little interest in promoting customer service with some goodwill...they might have gotten some referrals instead of a negative review. \r \r ((( DO NOT USE PEACHTREE BLINDS )))
