After meeting with several property management companies I decided on Tara with Jenkins Davisson. Tara provides an astonishing personalized experience, because my rental property was my home it was very important to have someone who cares for my property just as much as I do. Tara is very genuine, trusting and hardworking. She has done an exceptional job, from posting the ad, selecting a tenant, suggestions of how to make my property more “renter friendly”, collecting monthly rent, and handling all emergency issues that arise. \r
Tara has made owning a rental property so stress-free. I appreciate everything she does to make my life easier and cannot express how lucky I am to have such a proficient property manager. \r
