I had a very bad experience at the shop, I spent $160 and the service was awful!! I went to have a beauty day and I don't EVER spend that regularly but it was a special celebratory time for me. So my friend suggested them while I was shopping in town. As I waited, I was not offered anything to drink, I had to ask. Next, they sat me at a chair and left me there while the others worked on clients. Finally John, the Manager, sent an old woman who spoke no ENGLISH and kept mumbling in Chinese or something, she was horrible! My water was cold. They never fixed it after two times, she drew it and left nevr turned on the spa, and left. After I was asked what I wanted done, she loudly stated, ""She wan $60 spa, she wan, she wan"" as if I was unaware of what I wanted, then another lady came to ""translate"" the prices to me, as if I had know idea how to read or what I was reading. Well, the old lady did not even finish the pedicure, someone else came and picked up painting my toes as she just walked off. And they looked crappy! My manicure was awful! It took three other ladies to come and paint my nails, and they were overpainted and the polish never dried right and dried messy and hard and smudged. I called them about and spoke to John. He said, ""oh, I'm sorry. I will fix your nail polish."" REally???? And I spent $160 for a spa day.??? Really??? I felt discriminated against, under serviced, even though yes, they took a long time, as John says, ""a big order"". No excuse, if you can not offer the service to go with what you are selling , and can not anticipate someone will want this and we should be ready to take care of them, then just offer basic manis and pedis and wax like the others. I care less if they have been there for X amount of years, so have sore throats and nobody wants one! I will never ever go back to them again. I can waste my own money and time.
