I was wary just because my clothes are expensive and if they're poorly altered, they are as good as useless. The suit jacket I had altered was taken in perfectly, I couldn't even find where they altered it (as it should be!) The dress pants were spot on, the jeans were done perfectly (and almost 2-3 inches had to be taken in, so this was no easy task), and the shirts were custom fit to my form. I'm even considering taking the rest of my wardrobe back to have it custom fit to me! The turn around seems to be negotiable, but it's usually done within 24-72 hours, depending on the urgency you need it, and I they don't charge extra for a quick turn around. Go at odd hours, otherwise you'll be there waiting in the alterations line forever.
