TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE - WON'T BE BACK\r I brought my watch in to the new store on Avery Ranch to get some links adjusted. After 4 or 5 attempts, the band felt right - but I had been waiting in the store for over 30 minutes. When I looked at the watch (which I had won from a raffle and was unworn and new in the box) I noticed a small scratch on the face. When i asked the owner (the older gentleman in the back that had adjusted the band) he became immediately defensive, raised his voice and announced to me that he had 38 years in the business and knows how to handle a watch. I asked if he thought there was anyway that it was possible the watch could have been scratched during the back and forth of the band adjustments he got louder, then yelled to me, ""Fine, you're right, I'm wrong! Now what do you want me to do about it?!"". I was mortified and can't recall the last time a business owner and ""professional"" treated me with such disrespect. After a brief exchange, he retreated into the back and I paid my bill and left. I will not be back. \r \r Now, I can tell you that the young lady at the counter, daughter of the owner I believe, is great -- friendly, informative, customer-oriented. If you need a quick battery change and only have to deal with her, you will probably by okay. But if the older gentleman with 38 years experience and a chip on his shoulder has to deal with you, you will find out exactly what I'm talking about the hard way.\r \r Welcome to to the neighborhood, Time Masters -- I will be sure to tell every person I know what a horrible experience I had and will wear my scratched watch as a badge of honor.
