Review content:
For those of you looking for a full service real estate company, I highly recommend Fox Properties. My husband and I have several investment properties which we had been managing on our own due to some rather poor experiences with other firms in the area. We decided to move back to North Carolina last month & began our search for someone whom could manage our duplexes and sell our house in Savannah. I made numerous phone calls to various agencies & believe it or not, the majority of agencies did not even bother to return my call! Being in real estate ourselves we were surprised at the lack of response from these firms...isn't this how realtors earn an income? I recalled noticing a growing number of Fox Properties for sale signs in our neighborhood & gave them a call. I was promptly put through to Lee Skelly, Fox's property manager and we made an appointment to meet the next day. Both my husband & I were impressed by Lee's professionalism & enthusiasm not to mention that he was just a ""nice guy"".\r We signed property management for our three duplexes & a listing agreement on our personal residence.\r Within seventeen days we had a contract on the house very close to our asking price...guess who brought the buyer...Lee! It's nice to have a realtor that really works their own listings...isn't that what you pay them for? We moved back to North Carolina & felt oh so comfortable leaving our investment properties in Lee's hands...he had already filled the three apartment whose leases were expiring in July with new tenants & promised to take care of several matters that needed to be addressed over the coming months such as monitoring a paint job, taking care of a tree trimming, etc. Thank you Lee & thank you Fox Properties!
