Let me start this off by saying that me and my husband reward our kids by taking them to Emerald Bay. This weekend I was very disappointed to find that the guy that my kids and I have delt with for two years was not there this weekend. My kids and I love this employee, he has been very informational and patient with my kids. This weekend was different, there was a new guy there. The entire time we were there he talked on the phone to what sounded like his buddies. He was talking about the weekend and drinking. While the other workers seemed busy with other task, he walked around and ignored me. It's never been this way before, i hope it dosent continue. Where's my fish guy, i hope you didnt go to another store.
