I have been working with attorney Matt Ice of Cecil & Geiser for almost 3 years on a trip and fall case. Matt was very up front about my case being a difficult case from day 1, due to Ohio's ""Premesis Liability Law."" Matt did not back down from it though. He worked hard on a case that he wasn't sure would go anywhere, and in the end, the defendants requested mediation even before the judge made a decision on the summary judgment they had filed. I have to wonder if the name ""Cecil & Geiser"" and the known experience they have, played a part in them requesting this. \r \r I was very impressed with how easy it was to get hold of Matt. If he was not available (which wasn't often), Cheryl T, his paralegal, would usually have an answer to any questions or concerns that I had. Cheryl was very patient with me through this case, and I know at times I became a little pesty, but at no time did she complain, she just stayed calm and helpful. Thanks Matt and Cheryl. I would refer your firm to friends, family & strangers.\r
