They cut all trees the same, and they have no clue what they are doing as far as anything else goes. Last month they cut our trees around the yard and we asked if they also do mulch and weeding to which they replied yes, they are a "full service yard company." We have a few flower beds that get a ridiculous amount of weeds and asked what can be done and suggested maybe plastic under the flower bed so that weeds couldn't grow and mentioned I had seen it done elsewhere. But, since we are not in the business we don't know the proper way to do this, and apparently neither do they! The first day they were here, they cut the trees fine, but only did half of the flower beds and instead of pulling all of the weeds, they just covered them in mulch. They left a stump of a tree we had cut down and stated they would be back the next day. They did not return! We had to remind them that the job was incomplete and even put a stop payment on the check. They returned a week and a half later to remove the stump and did not address our other concerns. We finally were able to get them to acknowledge that the job was not done properly, that they did not complete all that was stated, and they returned to re-do the weeding and mulch job today, except that they once again did not complete the job correctly. They laid plastic down over the mulch they put down a month ago now, and then covered the plastic with a light dusting of new mulch leaving some areas of plastic showing and the edges of plastic coming out from under the mulch to get caught in the wind. Now the wind has lifted some of the plastic so far that the mulch is blowing into my pool in a matter of 6 hours. After noticing this I uncovered a few areas to find out if this was truly the case everywhere (and it was) only to uncover my dog's frisbee! They were so lazy that they couldn't just toss aside a frisbee and instead decided to cover it with mulch! Upon calling them today to address the situation, they stated that they did what we asked... I give up.
