I have done business with McNeill's on and off since 1992. I have never had a problem with their service or ethics during this time. Repair staff are always super polite and caring about your situation. They are usually very busy, so call in advance if you can. You just can't help the unfortunate circumstances that occur though. I will be visiting their store tomorrow to shop for a new refrigerator. I've never bought an appliance from them so we will see how that goes and post it here.\r

I visited McNeill's yesterday. It's like stepping back in time in a pleasant way. I spoke with Virginia who was a very sweet and nice lady. I walked in really wanting to purchase a refrigerator from them. Unfortunately their prices range from 300 to 500 dollars more than Home Depot, Lowes, Conn's, Fry's, Best Buy, and some others I looked at in regards to the type of refrigerator I was shopping for. Too bad. Don't forget though, they have a great repair serv
