I called and was under the impression of an 85 visit fee, When I got there, the fee went up to 216. I refused to pay this because the fee increased for what I considered totally outrageous for such a small procedure. My dog encountered an injury that needed triple anitbacterial ointment and they wanted to sedate him and place dermatape on it and wanted to upcharge an exta 130 for that. The staff was also rude and I will never return. Terrible customer service and lack of compassion for those who may not have the extra money to spend in such times of financial strain.
