Review content:
Hotel had a great location, very close to downtown. The staff was very nice and professional except for the front desk manager. A marble table in the hotel lobby was damaged and my debit card number was taken down for damages. I went down to the front desk the next day and asked to speak to the manager kris. He said someone would be coming to look at the damages and quote him on a price. He estimated it would be around 500 dollars. Again the next day we went to speak to them, he had said someone came and the bill had come to 500 dollars. I asked if they could send me a bill in the mail to go on a payment plan. He said I could only do that if I payed 300 dollars upfront that day. I told him that he would need to provide me an invoice or a bill of the damages and he said he could not provide that to me at the time. I said I would not pay any money to the hotel unless they could provide me some kind of written amount/invoice of the damages. He said that is fine. I then asked if he was sur
