In April 2009 I contacted Mr. Baxter and explained my son's dilemma. Having read a very impressive article high-lighting his remarkable successes in issues relating to the FCRA I felt that any advice he might impart could prove invaluable. On April 29th I provided Mr. Baxter with pertinent documentation relating to the issue at hand. The following morning he called me, shared his overall assessment, and explained the fact that he was not licensed in NV and that would preclude his involvement. BUT, that was not the end of the conversation which is so often the case. Instead, he graciously suggested that we consider contacting a professional colleague, Mitchell Gliner, Esq., in Las Vegas, NV. Mr. Gliner proved to be a highly respected and successful specialist in the FCRA field.
