This is a no-brainer: NO to all of the above, and lowest rating to all of the above... If you spend a considerable amount of money, well, you would expect a considerable amount of skills, attention, and just plain old fashion customer service. \r
Incredible and injustifiable EXPENSIVE, for the POOR QUALITY OF HIS WORK. \r
