Review content:
I first saw Dr Hotchandani January 7, 2011 to discuss my options for my chest some issues I had with my eyes. Hotchandani wrote up a quote for me and I was out of the office in a short time. If fact I thought our first visit was too short. We never discussed actual size or what to expect just that I didn't want giant breasts. That was the end of the conversation. Actual finished size or expectations were never discussed. My pre-surgery physical wasn't what I expected either. His office called to schedule my physical and informed me that we could do my surgery a week sooner, but we had to order my implants now. So, I went to Green Bay thinking that there would be some kind of process involved with picking out my new implants, but had no clue what to expect. Denise put a two plastic bins in front of me. One was filled with sports bras all of which were too small for me and the other had various sizes of implants in it. She told me to pick my implants and that she would help me. Twenty minutes later I went looking for her. When I found her, she acted put off and weird about helping me choose my implants and passed me off on someone else. The other girl gave me a tank top so that I could see how they looked in clothes. I thought it looked good with my bra stuffed. I guess that's not how they look when actually inserted into my body...who knew? Hotchandani knew, that's who and we never had that conversation. We never discussed actual size. Now just putting this out there but...shouldn't DR. HOTCHANDANI have been doing that with me? I mean isn't that part of his job? Isn't he the professional? Why would he let someone pick out their implants alone. I had already mad it clear to him that I was new to all of this. He just came back from his vacation and did the surgery. I thought I did good and he agreed with my choice since he didn't discuss it with me before the surgery. I was wrong. Now I have expensive botched implants! They are still droopy and are too small for me. They are more like little fat wings. It looks like I need implants now. Now for my eyes. I told Dr. Hotchandani that I wanted the hoods above my eyes gone, as well as the wrinkles, dark circles and bags. He wrote that all down when I met with him on January 7th. We also discussed it at my post implant follow up and scheduled for late February. He came in with my file in hand and asked “What are we doing today”?. To which I somewhat dumbfoundedly replied “My eyes”... He didn't get it right again and this time it was all discussed two or three times prior to scheduling and he had it written down with him in his hand! I was in too much pain to know what he did or didn't do and that it didn't fix everything we discussed. I don't get it though, this time he had it in writing and with him!! How did he miss the rest of it? I never saw him open the file. Those were expensive lessons. What's worse is that I have no way of fixing his mistakes. It was my Christmas present from my boyfriend and I don't have the money to re-do this. It should have been done right the first time. In all fairness, I accept responsibility for being a cosmetic surgery novice, but will he accept responsibility for his part in this mess? I guess it doesn't really matter because that still won't fix the problems. Do your homework ladies...Nan
