Review content:
I can't believe they hold themselves out as a tailoring shop. They couldn't even hem a pair of unlined dress pants properly. They folded up my pants to the extent there were new creases in all the wrong places, but couldn't even press the hem. The old hem crease was still in with a big chalk mark on the hemline that was not pressed and the stitching was puckered. When I called, I was told that they never press the pants they hem, but that they always press the hem. He did not believe me. I asked for a refund, which they refused when I brought them back in to show him. They would prefer the bad PR. I would never go there again. In this bad economy, I would think they would do everything to do a good job and listen to their customer. Also, it was $15 for an unlined pair of pants that they did not even press.
