Review content:
I dined at this restaurant last night and I can't say enough good things about this place! The food is awesome and beautifully presented. The environment is warm, cozy, and conducive to conversation. The owner/chef grew up in Vietnam and since leaving for the States, has worked a decade and a half to finally open up her own restaurant--truly one of the sweetest and most awe-inspiring women in the world. The imperial rolls are heaven--you would be hard pressed to find better. Although the dishes have been slightly americanized (i.e. No tripe and tendon in the Pho), they have authentic roots and are simply delicious. The wait staff could be better and the parking is tricky--but the meal is worth it. Le Regal is a must try for all food lovers. I will definitely be dining there again and will be sure to bring all my friends with me. Pros: Food, Lovable owner, Cozy Ambience Cons: Parking, Slightly Americanized, Mediocre Wait Staff
