I was a first time patient at Gailey this summer. My first visit wasn't so pleasant because of a very long wait I had and the rush that I was put in once I was finally seen by the staff. HOWEVER, I was told that the wait was due to the transition to the electronic medical records keeping system, which would help improve their current process. I was apologized to and had a great experience with Dr. Lee. Since then, I've had to go back for follow up appointments due to an eye condition that I have. I've been back about 4 times and not one time did I have to wait longer than 10 minutes. The staff was very friendly as well. The only reason I am giving 4 stars now is because of the difficulty that I've had trying to reach someone to confirm/cancel an appointment, ask a question, etc. I think if they got their phone system on the same level as their new electronic record keeping to make things smooth, they would be a 5 star establishment for sure.
