Review content:
I recently relocated to Richmond and found that Akida, while okay, is not great. I love sushi enough to continue to eat there at least once a week out of a lack of other options, but have found that it doesn't begin to compare to some of the truly fresh sushi bars found in Manhattan and other large cities. I don't want to discourage anyone from eating there, just know that it is slightly overpriced for the quality. The service, however, is excellent and the atmosphere is perfect.
