STEVEN SHIRABI is a horrible landlord as well as being an arrogant realtor. Important safety issues for his buildings are of no concern to him including (but not limited to) boiler maintenance, corridor and stairway lighting, main entrance door lock, peepholes for residences, cracking paint, dysfunctional windows, etc. If you can avoid doing any business with STEVEN SHIRABI, I highly recommend that you do not waste your time with him.
