Review content:
I agree with reviewer below, if I could give no stars I would. South University Pet Hospital and Pet Motel is a rip off! Even though I had asked them on numerous occasions how much it was to board my dog, they charged us a "mandatory" $15 bath fee when our dog was picked up. When I called to talk to a manager, there wasn't one on duty and the owner was out of town. I was told that she had more important things to do than to take care of my problem. I called back today and the manager, Cory, told me that she was sorry that the fee wasn't disclosed to me prior, but that it was just their policy. Yes, it's their policy to rip people off. This is a very dishonest place of business. If they can be deceptive when it comes to their business practices in front of everyone, I hate to think about the kind of care that they give to our pets while no one is looking!
