Review content:
I have used this clinic for several years and for quite a few animals. The Doctor is very caring and sincere. I have nothing but good things to say about the treatment, comfort and professionalism that she gives. However I have had several problems with my billing. It seems lately there has been a mistake or a miscommunication when it comes to my bill. Recently after paying my bill, I received a second charge. It seems from the time I paid my bill to when I picked up my pet, there was another charge added without my authorization. Now I don't mind paying for my pets, I just want someone to have the decency to pick up the phone and call me before they charge me, again. This being the second time, it was very upsetting, and when I voiced my complaint they gave me an "oh well" answer and hung up on me. Let me suggest that you ask questions before paying your bill, question like "Is this everything?"
