I am disappointed because I feel that I was humiliated, and the manager didn't resolve it. I was trying to use a credit slip that was issued by "your store" , they wouldn't take it because she didn't recognize the manager signature. Well, I didn't ask for her ID when she issued the credit slip, or when she took my return items. Instead of the manager going to get the credit book (like I asked her to) she told me come back the next day. I feel like you're looking at me (a black women) as if I wrote my own credit slip or something. Where would I get a credit slip from with all of your store info printed on it? After serving my county for over 14 yrs, several years of education, a homeowner, and business owner, I certainly wouldn't need to fake a credit slip. All she had to do was get the credit book, (all the slip have are numbered) and match up my slip with the carbon copy in the book, but no! I was told to come back and I live to far away to be driving back and forth. How can yo
