Review content:
We recently had 2 oriental carpets repaired and cleaned at this business. We had to follow up/call several times to find out the status of this work. When told that the carpets were ready we went there and examined them but clearly the work had not been completely done. So, we left them there and again, nobody called and we had to follow up. Finally got our carpets back. I am really not sure about the quality of the work done and whether or not we were taken to the cleaners - bg . Yes, the ends received new fringes and the sides were stitched up (after pointing out that it had not been done the first time) but the repair of several moth holes was not what I would have expected nor am I sure the carpet really did get cleaned completely as there still appears to be some dirt on the back of the carpet.
Seems to be very expensive and we would certainly not recommend this establishment. The problem is that there are not too many businesses in the Tampa area that deal with oriental carpets,
