Review content:
I give them two stars because everyone was friendly and nice, except for the vet. My dog hates to go the the vet, and the vet tech did wonderfully with her, even though my dog was struggling. Once the female vet entered, who I had not met before, her anxiety level shot up a few notches. After struggling to do the exam and give shots, the vet actually began screaming at my dog! She pointed her finger in her face, and yelled at her two different times. My dog was shaking all over, which I have never seen her do. Afterwards, she tried to explain that she talked to animals like they were little kids-I'd hate to be a small child around her! I paid my bill and left, and will never set foot in that place again.
