I came across Rising Dragon tattoo parlor in a search for a place to go to get a tattoo for my 18th birthday 5 months ago. It seemed pretty reputable, but I had to check the place out myself. The atmosphere was very inviting. The place is a lot bigger than it appears at first, with cubicles lined up, used by various artists and in the very back is the owner Darren's own office, where he tattoos. The portfolios were impressive, and the woman behind the main desk very endearing and helpful. I knew this was the place for me. I was lucky enough to have Darren be the chosen artist, and he did a fabulous job. I was allowed to have one friend with me during the process. Darren was funny and incredibly nice, which helped to calm my nerves. The process felt quicker than it actually was. I paid $100 for my tattoo, which I think for the work he did and how lovely it came out, it was well worth it. You get what you pay for. I recommended this place to a friend for her belly button piercing and
