I am sorry the attorney that wrote the comment regarding our malpractice was not happy. We have a surgery check-in sheet where he indicates what is to be done. We did exactly what he indicated by removing only those masses he authorized. As the other masses got larger, and required excision, he felt we should be responsible and not charge him for the second surgery. He created such a problem, I agreed to refund the cost of the second surgery as long as he promised never to come back in. He agreed to do so, but apparently felt it necessary to vent.
