I've received flowers from Emma's for over 20 years. I have to say that I've ALWAYS appreciated the thought from the sender, but NEVER have found the flowers to be great. They are competing with supermarket pre-made bouquets, with lots of colored carnations. If that is your thing, you will really enjoy this florist. If you like more innovation, go somewhere else.
